Brazil fan electrocuted in Sirajganj

A supporter of Brazil football team electrocuted in Ullapara upazila of Sirajganj on Friday night while celebrating his team's win against Costa Rica in the ongoing FIFA world Cup 2018, reports UNB.

The deceased is Mafizul Islam, 25, son of Amir Hossain of Hawrah village in the upazila.

Mofizul sustained injuries from electrocution around 11:00pm. Later, he succumbed to the injuries while undergoing treatment in the wee hours of the night at the upazila health complex.
