When stress of result costs life

An examinee has allegedly committed suicide in Thakurgaon after failing to come out successful in this year's HSC exam, reports UNB.

The deceased was Lutfar Rahman, son of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) member Mohammad Ali of Sangao village in Baliadangi upazila.

According to family, Lutfar consumed poison on Thursday when he came to know that he could not pass the examination after the results were published.

Later, locals took him to Upazila Health Complex where physicians declared him dead, said Duosuo union parishad chairman Abus Salam.
