Seminar on collaboration with Canadian Universities held at IU

A seminar titled 'Collaboration with Canadian Universities' was held at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia on Saturday.

IU Pharmacy Department organised the seminar at the Applied Sciences and Technology faculty in the morning.

IU vice-chancellor Prof M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari addressed the seminar as the chief guest and associate dean of Calgary University, Canada Anis Haque spoke as the chief discussant.

IU pro-VC Prof M Shahinoor Rahman and dean of IU Applied Sciences and Technology faculty Prof Momtazul Islam were present at the seminar as special guests with convener of the seminar Prof Mohammad Maniruzzaman in the chair.

Taslima Parvin and Onuz Sharaogi, students of the Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering department, jointly conducted the seminar attended by teachers and students of different departments.
