Body of missing expatriate found in Kaliakair

Police in Brahmanbaria on Thursday recovered the body of an expatriate who went missing three days back, from a waterbody in Kaliakair of Gazipur, reports UNB.
The deceased is Robin Ahmed Jamal, 40, son of Abdul Halim Mia of Darra village in Nabinagar upazila of Brahmanbaria.
Robin's wife said her husband came from Saudi Arabia for a six-month vacation in November. He went to bank for withdrawing money on Sunday and never returned, she said.
Officer-in-charge of Tongi east police station Kamal Hossain said the body tied with a rope was found inside a fridge floating on a water body in Denpur village of Kaliakair.
Two people have been arrested suspecting their involvement in the murder, the OC added.
