Exam to be cancelled if question leak proved: Nahid

Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid on Thursday said the examination will be cancelled if it is proved that the question paper is leaked, reports UNB.
The minister came up with his position while talking to reporters after a visit to the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination centre at Government Laboratory High School in the city.
“We hope that no question paper will be leaked this year. We are doing everything to prevent the question paper leak,<DBL-QTS> said Nahid.
The minister requested guardians and teachers not to involve with purchasing question papers.
“We are in high risks as the exams are being held with unified question papers across the country. We want to complete the examinations in a fair way. Tough measures will be taken against people behind the question leak. The people responsible for the question paper leaks will not be spared as well,” Nahid said.
The SSC and its equivalent examinations of 2018 begin today (Thursday) across the country.
