No alternative to Hasina: Kamal

People of Bangladesh believe prime minister Sheikh Hasina cannot be substituted as a leader, said home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal on Sunday.
“People realise the fact that the only alternative to Sheikh Hasina is Sheikh Hasina,” he told a meeting of the ruling Awami League in Dhaka.
He also claimed Sheikh Hasina a popular leader as the rallies attended by her at different parts of the country draw thousands of people.
“You have now come to realise the height of her popularity,” Kamal told party leaders and workers.
He added, “Sheikh Hasina has proved that she is not merely a leader of Bangladesh. She is also a widely celebrated leader of the world today.”
Food minister Qamrul Islam said the country which sent the seventh fleet to oppose Bangladesh’s independence is now criticising the state of human rights.
