Political scientist Talukder Moniruzzaman taken to ICU

Noted political scienist professor Talukder Maniruzzaman was taken to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Apollo Hospitals in the capital on the night of 9 December.

The 81-year-old professor of Dhaka University was taken to the ICU following an ischemic stroke.

Quoting physicians, his youngest son Sadid Muneer, assistant professor of electric and electronics department at United International University, told Prothom Alo that the condition of Talukder Maniruzzaman is not out of danger yet.
