SSC, equivalent results published
The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations have been published with a success rate of 80.35 per cent.
Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid handed over copies of the results to prime minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday morning.
The success rates in the school final exams this year are 81.21 per cent, madrasa 76.20 per cent while 76.69 per cent students passed the exams from the technical education board.
As many as 14,31,722 students passed in the exams, while 104,761 students scored GPA 5.
A total of 17,86,613 students sat for this year's exams under eight general, one madrasa and one technical education boards.
Their theoretical tests were held between 2 February and 2 March, and practical exams from 4 March to 11 March.
