YouTube awards Prothom Alo Silver Play Button

Video-sharing site YouTube has acknowledged Prothom Alo for its video contents.

Prothom Alo has been awarded Silver Play Button - an award YouTube gives to those channels which surpass 100,000 subscribers - as it has recently attained 100,000 subscribers on its YouTube channel.

Other awards include the Gold Play Button for YouTubers who surpass the 1 million mark and the Diamond Play Button for YouTubers who surpass the 10 million mark.

Prothom Alo crossed 100,000-subscriber mark last August and now has more than 200,000 followers.

Currently, Prothom Alo has four channels on YouTube. The channels are Prothom Alo, Prothom Alo News, Prothom Alo Recipe, and Prothom Alo Beauty and Style.
