Fire breaks out at Mugda General Hospital

A fire broke out at Mugda General Hospital in Dhaka Thursday. Fortunately, no casualties were reported, reports UNB.

Duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence, Khaleda Yeasmin, said the fire broke out at the fifth floor of the building around 12.30 pm.

On information, seven fire tenders rushed to the spot and contained the flames within half an hour.

A probe has been ordered to ascertain the exact cause of the fire, the officer said.
