Bangladesh reports 34 more virus deaths, 3504 new cases in 24 hrs
Thirty four more patients died of coronavirus and 3,504 people were newly diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
Additional directorate general of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Nasima Sultana disclosed this while presenting a health bulletin on coronavirus on Saturday.
She also said as many as 1,695 people have died of coronavirus while 133, 978 people have been infected so far.
A total of 15157 samples were tested and of them, a total of 3,405 samples were found infected with coronavirus.
The government has marked red, yellow and green zones and has imposed lockdowns again in some areas at different districts.
Bangladesh first detected coronavirus on 8 March and a patient first died on 18 March.
