Bangladesh reports 7 Covid deaths, 463 new cases in 24 hrs
Bangladesh reported 7 deaths from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours until Thursday, taking the tally to 27,737, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The number of detected novel coronavirus cases, according to the DGHS, rose to 1,564,482 as 463 more cases were reported in the last 24 hours.
The rate of detection in the last 24 hours until 8:00 am decreased to 2.16 per cent from yesterday’s 2.34 per cent.
The health directorate said a total of 695 people recovered from the highly infectious disease in the last 24 hours, taking the number of the total recovery to 1,526,368.
Of the people who died in the last 24 hours, four were male and three female. Among the Covid-19 patients who died in that time, three were in Dhaka division, two in Chattogram, and one each in Khulna and Rajshahi divisions.
