Spinning mill catches fire in Narayanganj's Gausia

A fire broke out at a spinning mill in Vulta area of Narayanganj's Gausia on Tuesday afternoon, reports UNB.

Anwarul Islam, warehouse inspector of Fire Service and Civil Defense headquarters, said that the fire broke out at Nannu Spinning Mills in Vulta area of Gausia at 1.07pm.

On information, eight firefighting units rushed to the spot and are trying to extinguish the blaze. Two more firefighting units left for the spot to join the extinguishing work, he said.

No injury or casualty was reported till the filling of this report at 2.30pm.
