Police beat two Barishal journalists

Amid the government's directives to the law enforcement agencies and the administration not to do excesses with the people, two photojournalists were physically assaulted by a policeman for taking photos of a campaign to prevent coronavirus transmission, reports news agency UNB.

Shafin Ahmed of Dainik Desh Janapad and Nasir Uddin of Dainik Dakhiner Mukh said a policeman beat them up while taking photos in Barisal University area on Friday evening.
