Women busy in the chilli fields

Chilli plants are thriving in the vast green fields of Chachahar village in Bogura, with flowers blooming all over. Since morning, a group of women has been busy in those fields. Some hold weeding tools, others have umbrellas over their heads. Defying the sun and rain, they are clearing away weeds, while nearby, men are also busy weeding.
