DMP commissioner meets Army chief

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) commissioner Asaduzamman Mia met Chief of Army Staff general Aziz Ahmed at the Army Headquarters in Dhaka Cantonment on Monday, reports UNB.

Apart from exchanging greetings, they discussed various aspects of working together in the Dhaka city area to maintain a friendly relation between army and police members and other issues security-related issues, said an ISPR release on Tuesday afternoon.

Senior DMP officers were also present at the meeting.
