The resignation letters of four technocrat ministers have been accepted after more than one month, cabinet secretary Shafiul Alam said on Sunday.

The four ministers resigned on 6 November hours after prime minister Sheikh Hasina had asked them to step down.

Expatriates’ welfare and overseas employment minister Nurul Islam, religious affairs minister Matior Rahman, science and technology minister Yafesh Osman and posts, telecommunications and information technology minister Mustafa Jabbar rendered their resignation letters to the prime minister through the cabinet division on that day.
