Mother, son found dead in Madaripur

young woman and her minor boy were found dead at their house of Char Kachikata village in Shibchar upazila of Madaripur on Wednesday night, reports UNB.

The deceased were Reba, 28, wife of Laltu Miah, and their son Raihan, 3.

On information, a team of police went to the spot and recovered the bodies from the locked house, said officer-in-charge of Shibchar police station Zakir Hossain.

He said they found Reba hanging from the ceiling while Raihan's body on the floor.

It was suspected that the woman committed suicide after killing her son, he added.
