Man found dead in Magura

Some unidentified miscreants killed a young man and dumped his body in a field at Chargoalpara village in Shreepur upazila of Magura early Saturday, reports news agency UNB.

The identity of the dead could not be known immediately.

Shreepur police station officer-in-charge Rezaul Islam said local people spotted the body of the young man aged around 25 in a field this morning and informed police.

The body bore several wound marks and was sent to Sadar General Hospital for autopsy.

A case was filed over the matter with Shreepur Police Station.
