Two bodies recovered from Naogaon

Two bodies were recovered from two villages of Raninagar in Naogaon on Wednesday, reports UNB. 

Md Zahurul Haque, officer-in-charge of Raninagar police station, said that being informed by the villagers the law enforcers recovered the bodies of Sohel Rana, 28, and Uttam Kumar Sarkar, 55, from Jhina and Deula villages.

The deceased Sohel Rana is the son of Jamshed Pramanik of village Jhina Kumoriapara under the upazila. On the other hand, Uttam Kumar Sarkar is the son of late Boshonto Chondro Sarkar of village Deula Manikhar Pukurpara.

OC Md Zahurul Haque said that on information the two bodies were recovered from the spot and sent to Naogaon sadar hospital for post-mortem.

Cause of the deaths could not be ascertained immediately. However, according to the information of the villagers, it is initially presumed they consumed gas tablet.

Two unnatural death cases have been lodged with the police station.
