Two crushed under train

Two people were crushed under a train at Kursha in Mirpur, Kushtia on early Tuesday, reports UNB.

The deceased were identified as Kawsar, 35, son of Ajgar Ali and Mohibul, 40, of Bashinagar village.

While crossing the rail-track riding a trolley the two were hit and left dead by an intercity train, UNB quoted Jashim Uddin, officer-in-charge of Poradaha GRP police station, as saying.

Later, police recovered their bodies, he added.
