Ziauddin Bablu tests positive for Covid-19
Jatiya party (JP) secretary general Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu has tested positive for Covid-19 and admitted to Labaid Specialized Hospital in capital’s Dhanmondi on Monday evening, reports UNB.
The deputy press secretary of JP’s chairman Khandaker Deloar Jalali confirmed the matter to the media.
He said their party chairman, GM Quader, urged all to pray for the speedy recovery of Bablu. Party sources said Bablu recently took part in electioneering in favour of the JP candidate in Sylhet-3 by-election on 4 September.
