Ten more die of COVID-19, new cases 341: DGHS

Ten more people have died of of COVID-19 taking the toll to 60 while more 341 infected raise the cases to 1572.

The Directorate General of Health Services confirmed this through an online briefing on Thursday afternoon.

According to the briefing, as many as 2,135 samples were collected in last 24 hours. Of these, 2019 samples were tested.

Of the deceased, seven are men and three women. Six are from Dhaka while the rest from the outside.

On 8 March, the government declared the first coronavirus case in Bangladesh and the first death was reported on 18 March.
