A total of Tk 11.90 billion has been allocated for the Information and Broadcasting Ministry for the fiscal year (FY) 2026-2027, which is Tk 330 million less than the allocation in the revised budget of the FY 2025-2026.
Finance Minister Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury today, Thursday placed the national budget at Jatiya Sangsad allocating the amount for the ministry.
