Alia expected to be paired with Shahid in 'Shaandar'

Bollywood director Vikas Bahl has expressed his desire to cast Alia Bhatt opposite Shahid Kapoor for his upcoming film titled 'Shaandar', which is scheduled to go on screen in August 2014.

"We have finalised Shahid. I would like to have Alia in the film, but we are still working on the script. So its too early to talk about the heroine,"  said the director though he chose not to confirm if Alia has been approached for the film.
The actress, Alia chose not to confirm nor deny anything.
"I prefer not to talk about anything right now. Whenever it has to come out it will," said the Student of the year star.
