Bengal launches eBoi

Bengal Foundation has recently launched eBoi.com, an online platform where Bangla electronic books (ebooks) can be bought and read online, reports news agency UNB.

An initiative of Bengal Publications Ltd, its purpose is to promote works of Bangladeshi and other South Asian authors in both Bangla and English, for Bangla readers across the world and that is too at the lowest prices.

An array of genres have been covered, including novels, poetry, classics, biographies, works related to the war of liberation and more.

A launching ceremony was held on 22 January at Nalinikanta Bhattasali Gallery where internationally reputed artist Kalidas Karmakar, with his imaginary forms and colours, sketched the Bengal eBoi logo on canvas.
