Musician Robin Ghosh dies in Dhaka

Renowned musician and music composer of South Asia, Robin Ghosh passed away in Dhaka on Saturday.
He was 76.
Ghosh, also the husband of renowned Urdu and Bangla film actress Shabnam, left behind his wife and only son Ronnie Ghosh.
Ghosh and Shabnam were among the successful couples of Pakistan film industry.
He was widely known in Bangladesh for his popular compositions like ‘Tomare Legeche Eto Je Bhalo’.
Ghosh gained fame in the mid-1960s through his compositions in films like ‘Chakori’, ‘Jahan Tum Wahan Hum’ and ‘Paisa’.
He composed songs for ‘Aaina’, one of the greatest films ever made in the Pakistan film Industry.
