Porsche, the world famous carmaker, is going to be sued by the widow of Paul Walker's driver, who also died in the tragic car crash in November last year, reports the Daily Mail.

Fast and Furious star Paul Walker was riding a red Porsche Carrera GT with Roger Rodas on the driver's seat when they met the fatal car crash.

Rodas' widow Kristine Rodas has claimed that the accident took place due to faulty mechanics of the car manufactured by Porsche.

Kristine Rodas has allegedly filed a lawsuit against Porsche and filed the documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to the Daily Mail.

The tabloid reports that, Kristine claims the car veered out of control due to a malfunctioning part in the suspension which made her late husband unable to regain control before crashing into a light pole.

She also claimed that the Porsche Carrera GT that Roger was driving had no proper crash cage and racing fuel cell, which, believed Kristine, was the reason it exploded upon impact.

According to the documents filed by Kristine, the fuel cell prevents fuel from igniting upon impact and is a feature often found in racing cars.

Kristine accused Porsche of not warning customers of multiple fatal crashes that had happened in the Carrera GT.

Porsche is going to be sued for negligence, wrongful death and product liability, reports the Daily Mail referring to TMZ, adding that she has hired Hollywood lawyer Mark Geragos.

The publication, however, alleges that Kristine claims in the lawsuit that Roger was doing 55mph at the time of the accident.

The California Highway Patrol stated in March that it believed the car was travelling somewhere between 80 and 93mph.
