She is a Hafu. Hafu is a term used in Japanese language to refer to somebody who is biracial. Despite being a Hafu, model Rola has become the top fashion icon in Japan.
She was born of a Bangladeshi father and a half-Japanese, half-Russian mother.
Rola, this mixed-race model, went through a lot of ups and downs in her life. Her Bangladeshi father has been sentenced to two and a half years jail term in Japan.
