Meril-Prothom Alo Puroshkar has honoured cultural personality Syed Hasan Imam with this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Syed Hasan Imam, known for his acting on stage and both on small and silver screens, took home the prestigious award on Friday evening at the finale of the Meril-Prothom Alo Puroshkar-2016.
Veteran actress Sarah Begum Kabori handed over the award to Syed Hasan Imam at 19th edition of the award programme at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre.
Prothom Alo editor Matiur Rahman and head of marketing of Square Toiletries Limited Malik Mohammed Sayeed were present when the crest and cheque were given to the actor.
