6 Bangla movies on Channel-i during Eid

Six new Bangla films will be TV premiered on the occasion of upcoming Eid ul-Fitr at Channel-i.

The six-day special Eid programme by Channel-i, the popular private TV channel of the country, will air the films of well-known writers, directors and superstars for the audience across the world.

The six films are - 'Kaler Putul', 'Dula Bhai Zindabad', 'Bhalo Theko', 'Alta Banu' 'Khancha', and 'Chhitkini'.

Among these films, Aka Reza Ghalib-directed 'Kaler Putul' will be aired at 2.30pm on the Eid day. Ferdous, Bithi Rani Sarker, Shahed Ali, Ashish Khandakar and others will be seen in the film.

Dula Bhai Zindabad directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar, will be aired on 10:15pm on the 2nd day of Eid while Bidya Sinha Mim, Bappy Chowdhury, Moushumi, Amit Hasan, Ahmed Sharif, Dipjol and others casted in the film.

On the other hand, 'Alta Banu' based on a story by Faridur Reza Sagar, scripted by Brindaban Das and directed by Arun Chowdhury will be aired on the channel at 10:15am on the third day of Eid.

In the film, Zakia Bari Mamo, Anisur Rahman Milon, Farzana Rikta, Raisul Islam Asad, Dilara Zaman, Shamima Naznin, Mamunur Rashid and others will be seen with their outstanding performance.

On fourth day of Eid, Bhalo Theko directed by Zakir Hossain Raju will be aired at 10:15 pm while Actors Arifin Shuvo, Tanha, Kazi Hayat and others played important roles in the movie.

Alongside, the award winning movie Khancha will be released at 10:15 am on the fifth day of Eid at Channel i.

The movie was directed by Akram Khan while Jaya Ahsan, Chandni, Azad Abul Kalam, Arman Pervej Murad, Kayes Chowdhury and others contributed with their valuable performance.

On the last day of the world premiere programme, a film directed by Sajedul Awal, 'Chhitkini' is scheduled to be aired on the channel at 10:15pm.

Every year, the private channel premieres a number of films for its local and international audience during two Eid festivals.
