Bangladesh’s Noble placed 3rd in Zee Bangla’s reality show contest

Bangladesh’s contestant Mainul Ahsan Noble has been placed third in India’s Zee Bangla TV music reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’.

Noble was made second runners-up jointly with India’s Pritam Roy while Ankita was announced as champion in the singing competition.

Noble won the heart of people in Bangladesh and India’s West Bengal and topped the ‘Most Viewer Choice’ list.

The grand finale of the musical competition was held at Bishwa Bangla Convention Centre in Kolkata.

Thanks to the reality show, Noble has shot to the top of popularity in West Bengal and back home in Bangladesh. Noble, who has been dubbed as ‘wonder boy’, got huge popularity both in his home country Bangladesh and in the West Bengal.

His performance in the singing contest drew huge crowd on social media and YouTube.

A total of seven participants from Bangladesh took part in Kolkata-based TV channel Zee Bangla's musical reality show SaReGaMaPa.

The final programme will be aired for viewers on 28 July.
