5 tiny restaurants across the globe

It can be said that for big taste one does not need big space. There are a few restaurants across the world which reflect this by serving big flavours in small space, sometime only in a single table. As BBC reports about five tiny restaurants from Las Vegas to Finland, which are offering pint-size dining, experiences.

Eenmaal

Eenmaal is one of the smallest restaurants at Amsterdam in Netherlands. This pop-up diner, only open a few times a year, only has tables for single diners. The concept was put together by designer Marina van Goor in June 2013 as an experiment to challenge the idea that dining out demands company, reports BBC.The prix fixe menus change seasonally in this restaurant.

Dinner in the Sky

With 22 seats, Dinner in the Sky, may not be the smallest on this list – but once the entire table and attached chairs rise 180ft in the air, it certainly becomes one of the strangest, reports BBC online.
One can dine in this restaurant if he visits at Las Vegas in the United States.
A chef prepares the custom meal from the centre of the circular table contraption, serving it to guests who are strapped in to their seats.

Holzknechthuette

The decoration and cuisine at Holzknechthuette pay tribute to its forest setting. This restaurant is part of Almdorf Seinerzeit resot at Carinthia in Austria.The cosy restaurant serves only four people.All the hearty Austrian dishes are cooked over an open flame, and the meal is finished off with homemade schnapps, reports BBC.

Solo Per Due

The name Solo Per Due, "just for two", itself declared this smallest restaurant as one of the romantic restaurant of the world. The building of the restaurant built in 19th century at Vacone in Italy.The restaurant seats just two at a time, cost a fixed 250 euros a person, as BBC said.

Kuappi

At only eight square metres the restaurant has room for only two customers in its tiny dining room. On good weather days, it can accommodate another two on its equally small front terrace. However, Kuappi, at Islami in Finland does stock its own bar.
The restaurant only opens in the warm summer months from June to August.
