Birds amid erythrina blooms
The Satchhari National Park at Chunarughat in Habignaj is a top attraction for nature lovers. The best time to visit the park is from January to March as the mandar (erythrina) blooms give the forest an orange hue at this time of the year.

Once you enter the park with a Tk 20 ticket, you can get on the watch tower inside to see the whole of the forest. Various kinds of parrot, myna, bulbul and bee-eater will sooth your eye.
