Rajshahi Kings scored a respectable 136 for 6 in their stipulated 20 overs against Dhaka Dynamites in the 17th match of Bangladesh Premier League 2019 at Sylhet International Stadium on Wednesday.

Marshall Ayub hit 45 runs of 31 balls with the help of three 4s and two 6s while Shahriar Nafees made 25 off 27 on their way to help the Kings post the total. Wicket-keeper batsman Zakir Hasan scored 20 off 18.

Kings lost their first wicket in the third over of the match scoring only two runs after their skipper Mehidy Hasan Miraz opted to bat first.

Since then it was Nafees and Ayub who helped them get out of any further trouble for the Rajshahi Kings, who have been playing the match wearing jerseys with the players’ mothers' names on the back.

Sunil Narine picked p three wickets for the Dynamites while Russell, Shakib and Aliss Al Islam took one wicket each.

Rajshahi made three changes in the side from their last match. They dropped Mominul Haque, Soumya Sarkar and Laurie Evans. Shahriar Nafees, Marshall Ayub and Seekkuge Prasanna were included in the side.
