Bangladesh football team to go to Kyrgyzstan Friday

Bangladesh National Football team will leave here for Bishkek on Friday morning to play their away match of the FIFA World Cup/AFC Asia Cup Qualifiers against Kyrgyzstan.

The match between the two teams will be held on 13 October at the Dolen OmurzakovStadium in Bishkek.

Bangladesh lost to Kyrgyzstan by 3-1 goals in their home match at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka on 11 June.

After playing four group matches, Bangladesh remained at the bottom in the five-team group securing only one point after playing 1-1 draw in their home match against Tajikistan on 16 June.

Asian champions and world cup playing Australia top the group list with all-win record collecting full nine points from three matches. Jordan followed them with seven points from three encounters.
