Legendary pacer Allan Donald made Bangladesh's bowling coach
South African legendary pacer Allan Donald has been appointed pace bowling coach of Bangladesh.
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) signed a contract with him that will remain effective as of the upcoming T20 world cup.
BCB Cricket Operations Committee chairman Jalal Yunus confirmed the development to Prothom Alo.
“We have recruited Donald as the bowling coach. He will start working with us from the forthcoming South Africa tour. The contract will be effective till the T20 world cup.”
BSS adds: Donald, who has taken 330 Test wickets and 272 ODI wickets for South Africa, has previously worked as a fast bowling specialist with South Africa, England, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.
