Women’s Cricket World Cup not to be held in Bangladesh

The Women's T20 World Cup 2024 is not going to be held in Bangladesh. It will be held in the United Arab Emirates.

This decision was made in a virtual board meeting of the International Cricket Council on Tuesday, cricket-based website Cricbuzz said in a report.

There were doubts about Bangladesh hosting the tournament given the recent political unrest. However, the interim government assured about this.
