Emerging all-rounder Mohammad Saifuddin has proved his talents again on Friday registering his second five-for in three matches for Abahani Limited, reports UNB.

The 23-year-old all-rounder recently earned the call to the World Cup squad of the Tigers.

Bangladesh selection board gave him precedence over any pace-bowling all-rounders of the country to represent Bangladesh in the World Cup.

However, the right-arm pace-bowling all-rounder bagged five wickets on Friday in the match between Abahani and Prime Bank Cricket Club.

His extraordinary bowling display helped Abahnai outplay Prime Bank by a big margin of six wickets.

Saifuddin took the first blood of Prime Bank in the very first over of the match taking the wicket of Anamul Haque. After that, he sent Rubel Mia, Monir Hossain, Abdur Razzak and Al Amin Hossain back to the dressing room. Along the process, he conceded only 32 runs in 9.3 overs.

In the same week, Saifuddin bagged another five-wicket haul for Abahani against Prime Doleshwar Sporting Club conceding only nine runs. His astonishing performance with the ball helped Abahani to stay in the race of the championship.
