National Youth Day observed

The National Youth Day was observed Friday across the country with the theme of “Dokkho Jubo Goreche Desh, Bangabandhur Bangladesh” (skilled youths are building the country, Bangabandhu’s Bangladesh), reports BSS.

To mark the day, the ministry of youth and sports brought out a youth rally at Sheikh Russel Roller Skating Complex which ended at the secretariat premises after passing through zero point and high court.

State minister for youth and sports Zahid Ahsan Russell and youth and sports secretary Akter Hossain were present, among others, in the rally.

A seven-day youth fair will also be arranged at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the city along with all districts and upazilas across the country
