No students from 41 educational institutions passed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations while students from 909 institutions secured 100 per cent pass rate.

This year, a total of 988,172 students out of 1,336,629 from 8,985 institutions passed in the tests. The pass rate was 73.93 per cent.

A total of 47,286 students under 10 educational boards obtained GPA-5, the highest grade point.

The overall pass rate in eight general education boards is 71.85 per cent while the rate is 88.56 per cent for the madrasa board and 82.62 per cent for vocational education board.

The HSC and equivalent examinations began on 1 April and concluded on 11 May.
