RUET admission test result published

Result of the admission test for the first year B.Sc Engineering courses in Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) under its 2019-20 academic session has been published on Tuesday night, reports BSS.

The result was announced through a notice jointly signed by Admission Committee president professor Mosharraf Hossain and its member secretary professor Selim Hossain.

The results are available at administrative building notice board and the university website www.ruet.ac.bd, said a RUET press release.

Around 80 per cent of the eligible 9,060 students appeared in ‘KA’ and ‘KHA’ groups of the entry test this year.

In the result, a merit list of the candidates from number 1st to 5243rd for the subjects under ‘KA’ group while number from 1st to 385th for the ‘KHA’ group (only for the department of architecture) has been published according to the obtained marks.

A total of 1,235 successful students will get chance for admission in 14 departments under three faculties in the university.

The successful students will be admitted from 9:00am on 12 December. Prospectus and a list of required documents for admission were also published in the administrative building notice board and the university website www.ruet.ac.bd, the release added.
