The preliminary examination of 43rd Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) is likely to be held in October followed by the written examination of 41st BCS in November.
The chairman of Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) Md Sohrab Hossain told Prothom Alo about the possible date on Monday.
BPSC officials said they have discussed the matter [of fixing dates for these two BCS (41st and 43rd) exams] in a special meeting held over publishing the results of 41st BCS preliminary test on Sunday---as many as 21,056 candidates passed the test and qualified for the next level, written examination.
BPSC authorities have taken special permission from the government to conduct their activities amid the pandemic.
