Govt primary schools to hold classes till 20 Ramadan

All government primary schools in the country will remain open till 20 Ramadan.

Primary and mass education ministry issued a press release on Tuesday saying, some people are spreading rumours on social media that the prime minister has issued a directive to close all primary schools during Ramadan.

The ministry said that it will find out who have been spreading the rumour and take legal actions against them.

The ministry urged the people not to be confused by the rumours.

Earlier, a notification was issued that all government primary schools would remain open till 20 Ramadan.

According to a notification from the Directorate of Primary Education, physical classes will be held from 9.30pm to 3:00pm.
