A young man was crushed under the wheels of a train while taking selfie on Bhairab rail bridge over the Meghna river near Ashuganj railway station in Brahmanbaria on Sunday, reports UNB.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Bhairab railway police station officer-in-charge Md Abdul Mazid said when the youth was trying to take a selfie with a train the Mymensingh-bound train hit him, killing him on the spot.
Police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
