Gaibandha-3 MP M Yunus Ali Sarker passes away

Ruling Bangladesh Awami League MP M Yunus Ali Sarker from Gaibandha-3 constituency died at a hospital in the capital city on Friday, reports UNB.

He was 66.

Yunus Ali left behind his wife, one son and a host of relatives and well wishers to mourn his death.

President Abdul Hamid and prime minister Sheikh Hasina expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death Yunus Ali.

In a condolence message, the prime minister prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family.

Meanwhile, AL general secretary Obaidul Quader also expressed profound shock and sorrow at his death.
