The parliamentarian issued the threat at a meeting with AL activists at Isdar Osmani Stadium in Narayanganj on Saturday afternoon.
"Do you want to frighten the leaders and activists filing cases against them? You don't know the difference between a cat and a tiger. Don't extend your hand in front of a tiger. If the accused in the case make a call, thousands of people will come forward (to protest at this) and I, Shamim Osman, won't be able to stop them," Said Shamim Osman.
Pointing fingers at mayor Ivy and other leaders, he said if you make any mistake, correct that.
