7 killed in Gopalganj road accident
At least seven people were killed as a bus, private car and motorcycle collided in Gopalganj’s Kashiani upazila.
The accident took place at around 11:30am in South Fukra area of the upazila on Dhaka-Khulna highway.
Masud Raihan, officer in charge of Kashiani police station, confirmed the news of the death of seven people.
He said a Rajib Paribahan bus, heading towards Dhaka from Khulna, collided with a private car and a motorbike coming from the opposite direction.
Police reached the spot and a rescue operation is underway, added the OC.
