Govt to take stern action for spreading rumours over lockdown

The government will take stern actions against those responsible for spreading rumors over the general holiday and lockdown as the infection of coronavirus is on the rise, reports BSS.

A official release on Monday said that the government has not taken any decision to enforce lockdown or general holiday in the country.

A vested quarter has spread a video on general holiday announced on 23 March on social media aiming to misguide the people, added the official release.
