Besides, Md Alamgir, 20, of Gaibandha district, who also drowned in the water body, remained missing. According to locals, both of them drowned around at 11:00am on Friday while taking bath in the water body at Ghoradhigha village in Nikli upazila.
Nikli upazila officer-in-charge Md Shamsul Islam said the body of one tourist was recovered and the rescue operation is going on to find the missing one.
